I joined Helen’s 3 day Soma Breathwork Training in August 2020 and I really enjoyed it. While I’ve done other “inner work” I haven’t done any breathwork yet – and this was the perfect introduction. Helen guided us with confidence and grace and I felt safe to experience the soma. I felt that Helen is extremely experienced, can hold space for whatever may occur and “walks her talk”.
A goal of SOMA Breath is to be able to breathe deeply, to tune in your inner freedom, your true self and to keep your body healthy in blissful ways.Our normal rate of breathing at rest is 3-4 breaths per minute. Breath will awaken your inner healer and awaken your energie field. This can help balance your emotions and help you be more in the flow.
