Helene brings such an amazing energy to her sessions. She explains the process and science behind the breath-work very clearly at the beginning and throughout the entire session. The feeling you get from the breath-work sessions are incredible and unlike anything I’ve experienced from other types of meditation. The flow of energy through the body is exhilarating and gives a feeling of being high from a natural process of breathing and holding your breath guided by Helene’s soothing voice which is calming as she helps you push your body and brain to new limits. She also asks for feedback at the end of the session to constantly tweak and improve her classes. If you ever get the chance to take part in one of Helene’s breath-work sessions I highly recommend it!
A goal of SOMA Breath is to be able to breathe deeply, to tune in your inner freedom, your true self and to keep your body healthy in blissful ways.Our normal rate of breathing at rest is 3-4 breaths per minute. Breath will awaken your inner healer and awaken your energie field. This can help balance your emotions and help you be more in the flow.
